C	Cindy Snider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Parking. Nice view of the Grand River. Bench for sitting if you want to read or sketch. Trail along the river can be tricky once you get a little further down. Lots of fallen trees. A few brush areas that seem like 'huts'. Can get pretty muddy.

Though, some parts of the trail have elevation that might be challenging with ice and snow. Along the trail. There are 2 paths off the trail to the river bank that big enough for a few chairs to relax. The parking lot is quite pack during the rush hours so I recommend hike early morning or later afternoon.

The view of the Grand River along the trail as well as the changes in elevation and scenery make it a wonderful place to walk or bike. Even in the winter the trail is frequented enough to compact the snow to make walking easier. However, ice does accumulate in some sections and can present a hazard.
