★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai appelé pour prendre un rdv afin d’inscrire mon enfant, on m’avait mis en attente pendant plus que 30 minutes ,après , la personne à la réception a juste raccroché à ma face, j’ai dû rappeler 5 minutes plus tard pour comprendre ce qui c’est passé .. aucune explication! La réceptionniste n’avait même pas s’excuser pour ce qui c’est passé et elle m’avait encore une fois mise en attente pendant un bon 30 minutes pour m’informer après que le système était en panne et qu’elle va m’appeler le lendemain matin ‘sans faute’. Le lendemain j’attendais l’appel toute la matinée, je n’ai reçu aucun appel, alors l’après-midi j’ai appelé moi-même.
Le jour du rdv d’inscription de mon enfant on n’explique aucune chose aux parents, à savoir que c’est mon premier enfant et je ne suis pas familier avec le système des écoles, après une semaine on m’informe (une voisine qui m’informe de ça) qu’il est important de faire une demande de service de garde que je ne savais pas qu'il existe et qu’il faut y inscrire l’enfant le plutôt possible parce que les places sont limitées, quand je suis retournée à l’école pour demander l’info , la réponse que j’obtiens de la réceptionniste c’est : ‘ il n’y a pas plus pire que les voisins’ franchement j’ai trouvé ça irrespectueux et non professionnel, heureusement que les gens du service de garde était très gentils et m’ont bien donné le temps de m’expliquer comment ça marche.
I called to make an appointment to register my child, I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes, after, the person at the reception just hung up on my face, I had to call back 5 minutes more late to understand what happened .. no explanation! The receptionist didn't even apologize for what happened and once again put me on hold for a good 30 minutes to notify me after the system was down and she will m 'call the next morning' without fail '. The next day I was waiting for the call all morning, I got no calls, so in the afternoon I called myself.
On the day of my child's registration appointment, nothing is explained to the parents, namely that it is my first child and I am not familiar with the school system, after a week I am informed (a neighbor who informs me of this) that it is important to make a request for childcare that I did not know it exists and that the child should be enrolled as soon as possible because places are limited, when I went back to school to ask for the info, the answer I get from the receptionist is: 'there is no worse than the neighbors' frankly I found it disrespectful and unprofessional, luckily the people in the daycare were very nice and gave me plenty of time to explain how it works.

I didn't like my years spent at this school just the fourth and the fifth really there are teachers who make the difference between the students and I can't find the correct one
