★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moi j'aime bien y aller, les gens sont super gentil. On ne va pas là tous les jours! On y va par conscience environnementale, alors il faut s'adapter. Pour ce qui est des commentaires négatif, c'est évident que ce sont des gens qui n'ont pas consulter les horaires et les tarifs si applicable. Tant qu'à y être, l'Écocentre devrait être ouvert 7/24, et payer les gens en temps supplémentaire, ensuite se plaindre que nos taxes augmentent, où que notre argent sert à payer du monde à rien faire! Faut réfléchir Mcfly :) Lol
 I like to go there, the people are super nice. We don't go there every day! We go there out of environmental awareness, so we have to adapt. As for the negative comments, it is obvious that these are people who did not consult the timetables and prices if applicable. While we're there, the Ecocentre should be open 7 hours a day, and pay people overtime, then complain that our taxes are increasing, wherever our money is used to pay people for nothing! You have to think about it Mcfly :) Lol

The employees are really nice, they also have shovels to help empty the trailer if needed, I'm really happy with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel sur place rapide et courtois. Se débarrasser des produits dangereux et autres matériaux non acceptés aux déchets est rapide et sans tracas dans un environnement propre et bien organisé. Un bon geste pour l'environnement.
Quick and courteous staff on site. Getting rid of hazardous products and other materials not accepted for waste is quick and hassle-free in a clean and well-organized environment. A good gesture for the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaucoup trop long. Une fille d'attente interminable. C'est un service municipal pour lequel nous payons tous. C'est inconcevable de devoir attendre 30 minutes, parfois plus d'une heure. La population de la région augmente rapidement. Il serait grand temps de revoir le site afin de mieu servir les citoyens.
Much too long. A girl of endless waiting. It is a municipal service that we all pay for. It is inconceivable to have to wait 30 minutes, sometimes more than an hour. The region's population is growing rapidly. It would be high time to review the site in order to better serve the citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours of operation are not realistic. Paying $10 minimum per visit is annoying enough but when the place is only open 3 days a week (winter schedule). It makes it very difficult for working people to use the service.
Maybe that is the point??
