Il reste 2 ans avec eux et plus jamais
 Qyi representative gives poor explanations, rate changes several times during the contract and term, unexplained overbilling, increase without explanation or notice.
He stays with them for 2 years and never again

Poor service! This company collects in my city and it's easy to know when they've been there: There is garbage all over the streets. No respect for the environment or for citizens.
