Beautiful peaceful lake... Down side was the proximity to the road (therefore noise) and no proper beach but still a lovely place easily accessible via a well maintained service road

Our camping trip to Echo Lake was everything we hoped for and more. It was peaceful and relaxing with fresh air, gorgeous scenery, friendly, helpful staff, lots of rental options for going on the water and opportunities for stunning photos.

I went to Echo Lake Provincial Park last summer while on a drive with a friend. I had never been to the Lumby area before, and thought it was really quite pretty. The drive to the park down Creighton Valley Road is nice, just be forewarned that the road is gravel (don't worry, it's a easy to drive non 4x4 road) The park itself is absolutely lovely. Echo Lake is one of the prettiest lakes I have seen in the area (You'll fall in love with the color of the water) and I really wish I had brought a Kayak with me! For those who want to stay the night, Echo Lake Resort has camping spots and cabins available! If you are up for the 20km gravel road drive I highly recommend it. I fully plan on returning this spring/summer with a Kayak in tow!

Too expensive, charges $10, per day per dog no dog facilities no dog park or doggie bags. Sorry I wouldn't recommend it

I love this lake but, it's become much busier over the years. It can be difficult to find parking and, I don't even bother trying in the summer.

Love this place, so peaceful and quiet. It's family orientated with a playground, general store, and has excellent fishing. You can rent a fishing boat, kayak, canoe, and stand up paddle boards. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and it's only about 20 minutes from Lumby. The water is crystal clear, and it's perfect for swimming on those hot Okanagan summer days.

Haven't been here in over 15 years but it was a fun time and it's Under New Management
