Let me tell you Sindy absolutely has a natural command of things, organization, adjusting on the fly, vision, and as I learned a fantastic people management skill set. (I tried to manage her not seeing the full picture, and had no choice but follow her lead after she took a pause to sell me the dream, in the end she made me and my organization look fantastic). She took the time to fully understand my wants and created events that left not only my guests, but myself, speechless.
