c	chase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me the wrong bus 3 times. I asked other people boarding, two other people had there's told wrong twice. The bus is nice. If you get on the right bus. So ask twice before the line up boards to be safe.

C	Cindy Towers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 1 thing ,I had to pay an extra 15 .75 $ for 1 carry-on bag ,no body mentioned that particular info ,,Wasn't impressed to say the least ,,, and the line up waiting inside the terminal was long ,I was under the impression that your allowed as many bags or suitcases às you want to put under the bus ,,Overall I wasn't pleased .And the bus was 45 mins late getting into Kelowna ..
Y	Yuri Grozenok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but God dang the downtown location is in a sketchy area. Don't want to be stuck here in the middle of the night. Service is great though. Easy to buy tickets online, service is reliable, bus is always clean. Very good replacement for Greyhound.

Unfortunately the lack of safety for passengers on busses really is scary. No cameras, no silent alarms security. Bus is being used for unwanted pick-up for hookups. Assaults, Unwanted behavior and uncomfortable rides can become a thing. Trying to get ebus's support just leads screaming from management and other employees at you.drivers are either great or really moody and unapproachable. cup holders don't hold your drinks well so becareful to not spill your hot beverages! ! Greyhound atleast held your cup and your books nicely with great space! Small but important details! It would be nice if regular riders were actually valued! A good valuable reward rystem in bc! The views on the trips are nice. Leg space is small! But busses run behind- always plan for extra time!
E	Elias Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've use ebus regularly and most of the time they are pretty good. However this passed weekend my bus was just over 3 hours late! I was told that they had an issue and were gonna be 1 hour late. Then they were gonna be another 20 min late. After that me and several other passengers would call and they would say they are about 20 minutes away but they would never arrive! It took three hours for someone to show up.

Travelling to Vancouver from Kelowna and vv?? If you hate flying, then try the eBus. You will enjoy the scenery and riding in this kind of bus is defenitely awesome. I was really surprised when I saw what’s in it (far from the bua where I used to live for 40 years). If you love scenery while travelling, well…. This ia a must!
