★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A straight up experience, I have used Daniel on 3 separate matters 2 for our corporation and currently one personally. He speaks to you in plain English and does not "over legalize" the conversation. Billing is fair and reasonable and response times to calls/emails is great. I feel like I am a part of the process, not just sidelined. Most importantly, he listens!!!!!, Daniel lets you speak, then he gives a clear concise opinion. I highly recommend this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to start. I only sought out this firm because my pervious commercial lawyer switched to real estate so I had to invest in another lawyer. Though Ebady is thorough and detailed, there is a quite a bit of hidden cost which I was not aware of, for example, phone conversation (excluding the initial 30min free consultation), responding to emails, as well as time he needs to go back to the rental agreement to analyze the situation (which I thought I have already paid over a 1K for). If I knew, I would be more aware of all my communication with him.
Overall, I was very disappointed... feeling like being robbed. I wish there was more open communication and transparency because all the lawyers that I have dealt with in the past ALWAYS tell me the charge ahead of time - ALWAYS but with Ebady I was totally caught off guard. Otherwise, I can't complain. He knows his stuff.
