He was very patient while I asked a trillion questions and had him crunch numbers over and over again. Thank you for your transparency and advice. Excellent service, he deserves a raise!

A	Allan “Kaidan Redgrave” Aleman-Duke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loan officer who I initially dealt with was an amazing person but one of the ladies who work in this branch is very judgemental and has a hard on for power. My wife and I took out a loan for IVF treatment. Approximate amount borrow is 1500 before covid hit. After covid my wife who’s an ECE was laid off for a while as I’m sure all of you know. They worked with me after I explained the situation and vast life change. Now for 2021 the branch manager calls me because I’m late for a payment I asked my payments be moved to the first and re explain my situation. She then tells me that my wife and I who borrowed the money to get pregnant should of been using birth control, I was floored. I continued to make payments untill this past November. Our daughter was born November 15th 2021. I tell the head office and other crew I talk to this. I get a rude email from the manager about how I’m taking advantage of the kindness. I’m sorry if this s review seems like a book and discombobulated but I’m in a rage over this lack of compassion and professionalism. Edit:assumed the unprofessional acting woman was the manager it wasn't. None the less unimpressed.

She walked me through everything and made every process as simple as it could be, it was amazing. She provided me with other information about future possibilities to continue to grow my credit, and I appreciated that a lot, and will definitely be dealing with easyfinancial in the future as well as recommending it to friends and family. I am very impressed with how the customer service/support is caring, meticulous, while also being professional! Those are qualities that are detrimental when dealing with finances!
