★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be more impressed with Easy DNA. The test Kit was delivered very quickly overnight. I called Easy DNA with a couple of questions and spoke to a very friendly and knowledge staff member who provided answers without putting me on hold to find the information requested. Once the sample were collected and return to Easy DNA the results were delivered well within the time frame indicated.. Well done.. Excellent company to deal with. I would highly recommend Easy DNA to anyone looking for genetic testing.. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam they say they are located in Toronto but the real place is in the USA, you can also get of google pictures of others tests whos to say these scammers
dont just copy it off there and edit, also how can the same people that sign the test be at easydna in Toronto, also at direct dna which is in the USA and el paso tx ? I have tried to call the number in Toronto and it says number not assigned! Not to mention i noticed that when I type in easydna it does not have a lock pad which means a fake website! Don’t go through easydna direct dna or endeaor dna all linked together all different place all fake scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recieved my kit for DNA testing for my pups breed. I went through FedEx and paid 129.50 to send it to Austria I hope everything I sent the samples fill out Easy DNS paperwork took it to FedEx to do the rest I should have an answer ion May 13th to make sure it got to Austria. Let's hope so Hopefully I did it right FedEx says they have no control of customs. I am praying everything will turn out ok. I will write another review after I see if it was delivered to Austria

I never received my results for the dog testing kits I sent in, when I called I was told I reached the lab and they gave me another number to call. That number kept telling me their agents were busy and would then hang up on. 8 TIMES!!! Over a 3hr period. No one answers the chat messages I’ve sent. That’s $300 I’ll never get back

I’d like to thank the customer service team (Stephanie and Sara) for assisting me when I had urgent questions. I’m very happy I have these results and the descriptions of the DNA tested.
