★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this Harold is truly something else. Here's my experience with them.
I had requested a quote for a shipping container, and was provided an invoice for one which had an expiration on Jan 31, 2021. After accepting the quote, I tried multiple times to reach out to them to pay for the container, without success, through multiple avenues.
Jan 31 passes, and I am finally reached by Harold, who informed me that the quote now expired, that shipping container prices fluctuate frequently, and the price has now increased.
To me, this appears as if they did not want to honour an unfavourable quote, and let it lapse to quote a higher price. It's a sketchy practice, and I did not appreciate it. Needless to say, I won't be buying the container from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harold Johnson has the worst customer service skills ever. Sells a container, bills my credit card then backs off makes me wait weeks tying up my time and funds. Then when he can sell it for more to someone else, refunds the container after waiting weeks, telling me, ah no more stock sorry. Price has gone up now.... Douche. Bad Bad business practice that I will not just let slide. Bad server = bad review there Harold.
