★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some teachers are good, some are not. My son was also ignored and provided with minimal instruction. When we asked to change instructors, they were very confrontational with us. The onboarding process was also very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They completely ignore my 7 year old daughter during her first class and she could barely stand up on the ice. Even though it was a beginner class, they completely ignored the weaker skaters and focused exclusively on the more advanced ones. I guess they're just trying to pad their trophy chest and not actually teach kids to skate.
