★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glitchy, lag that developers seem to be unwilling to fix. Little to no response to service tickets sent in. No control, willing to ban players to appease other top level players with idiotic reasoning. Company is willing to take money off players and then ban them with no reason given. Players have to send in multiple tickets to find out the stupid reason why they've been banned. Derp!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible support team! When sending a ticket in about glitches, bugs or lagging - it takes a week or more for a response. A generic response at that! Not helpful. The games might be creative thinking but so many glitches that it takes the fun out of it. Never give them your hard earned money to play the games as they will ban you as quick as they can and say you are ‘exploiting’ or taking advantage of the glitches that would give you a double prize after competitions. Due to their poor communication skills with players I will NOT give them any money to play any of their games! Fix the game glitches, lag and support your customers better as they are the reason for the success of your games!
