★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letting everyone in with cash in there pockets. Getting a lot of trash and gun fire in that hood along with poison meat being left out for animals they don't give a dam turning in to slum lords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the boardwalk units here. The one I've landed is gorgeous and I always get compliments about my lawn and how nicely done my unit is. New floors throughout and cupboards. I love the incentives and our landlord

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to rent! Do not care about their tenants at all! My son's apartment flooded, carpets were moldy, never gave him a reimbursement and was still not fixed even when he transferred to another place.....do not rent from Boardwalk unless you want to be screwed over ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The houses are spacious and beautiful but the rent is ok. You will get great deal of incentive but after a year or two most people move due to not being able to pay the rent and the utilities. They start you off $800 for a townhouse unit which is actually great. But you gotta move after couple years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find you guys really try hard but as far as I go I think not I've been asking to fix my windows before winter because last year I froze my ARS off and my door need to be fix big time draft coming through and I asked for my fence to be painted still nothing when can this happen and plz up date address's for Google maps so we don't have to use someone else address to get food around here it's a pain when food cold
