Great hike though I only made it to the lookout due to bringing my dog (was told there's a small bit of scaling you need to do at the summit) Would HIGHLY recommend wearing proper boots, along with bringing hiking poles and padded gloves if you have. Loose rock when you're close to the lookout gets a bit tricky when coming down. Oh, and bring snacks XD

A bit of a challenge to get to the top (I'd recommend gloves and/or hiking poles), but worth it for the view. Easy towards the moderate side of difficulty in terms of a scramble, and quite difficult for a hike. You can also shorten the hike a considerable amount by just climbing over rock walls instead going around them on the trails. But it's a very very popular spot, went there on a weekday and we were passing people left right and center. We stopped on the summit for lunch and shared it with 2 other groups, about 10 people on the peak total. Rundle 7 is also in close reach once you've summited east Rundle.

We didn’t have time to do a hike but the day was beautiful and no wind which was amazing. We had a great day just sitting up here looking at the amazing views and taking in Mother Nature. Hope someday we can head back up and do this hike.

Eeor is in great condition to start off the year. Lots of easy level scrambling over steep terrain makes for a very difficult hike for beginners. Very, very popular trail

So hard but really worth it! The views are beautiful and high rewards for you effort. Recommended to wear hiking boots that support your ankles, hiking poles are a must and bring lots of water.

This hike is listed as difficult and it's definitely hard.. it's more like mountain climbing than typical hiking. Nice views tho. Wear good shoes and dress for the weather. Bring earplugs or something to cover your ears if you're sensitive to wind and walking sticks will definitely help you coming back down.

Nice workout and rewarding hike! Amazing view on the summit. View of Ha Ling all along the trail after treeline. Steep in the beginning and mild in the middle, then steep in the end. This time of year(with lack of snow days), it’s a mix of terrains from packed ice, loose gravel to ankle-deep snow. A bit of scrambling, tracks only 75%ish of the way? Recommend taking the milder West trail towards the summit. Eastern trail a bit sketchy on the ridge towards top. Spikes/poles recommended, especially for down hill! Some sliding coming down and windy at the top. I did a 5am start, good time for sunrise!

Gorgeous hike but didn’t make it quite to the summit. Wanted to try before they shut it down for the year but it went from 0-12c in no time and the steep slope was getting dangerously slippery. Better safe than sorry!! Beautiful views of Ha Ling the whole way up.
