★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a bit of a mix up in my shipping and it took a while to hear back, however, Zai was really accommodating and resolved the issue as soon as they was aware of it. I'm happy that it was resolved as I love everything they carry in their store - its very unique to Toronto and would happily shop there when I'm in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ease is a beautifully curated boutique with really unique clothes, jewelry, ceramics, and shoes. I love that they stock Mr. Larkin and Paloma Wool, along with so many other lovely brands I hadn't heard of before. Highly recommend you stop in as you're wandering along Dundas West!
