I was not told when the backhoe is off I should have a counter weight almost rolled it over going down a hill. I was told by the salesman I was getting a top link for the rear and a draw bar, still waiting for them. I feel like once they have your money they forget who you are. Never had a follow-up call to see how it was performing. When you spend that much money you would expect a little service in return. I am looking to buy a mini excavator and I have been hearing the best place to buy a Kubota is Kubota North, I think I will try there in the future.

Had another dealer come and pick it up and was fixed and returned in two days. Maybe hire more employees to keep up with demand. Most people can't wait that long for a quick repair.
