★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to solicit 3GC services and the owner indicated he was interested in the project and asked me to text him my details as he was driving. He indicated he would come to assess the project the next morning. I sent my address and details and the owner did not show. Furthermore he did not respond to my follow ups.
I would not waste my time with this vendor. He is not respectful of your time and is not honest or upfront with is intentions. Apparently he didn't learn much across three generations of contracting.
