Earth Bound Bakery + Kitchen has been a fixture in Saskatoon for more than a decade. Drew Elder was a culinary fan of the bakery and had spent many a lunch hour enjoying their many soups and sandwiches. Drew loved the cuisine so much that he purchased the bakery in 2017 and proceeded to renovate to give the bakery a new look. Drew promises to maintain the incredible quality of some of the finest baked goods in all of Saskatoon.

B	Brett Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at 9:50am to place an order for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived, paid, and waited. At 10:25 (35 minutes after making the order) I inquired about it. It hadn't even been started, and the staff member who first took the order had to ask again what my order was. It it was clear they were disorganized and I didn't have the time to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. I asked for a refund and left. The point of calling in ahead is to help expediate the process. I'm not sure what their communication breakdown was, but it's not my problem. Not impressed with my experience and can't recommend it.

Everything is so wholesome which makes this place so unique and delicious! They have lots of breads and baked goods so I get tempted and indulge in a tasty treat too!

The sandwiches have always been way too expensive, but they at least filled a void so I kept coming back. For the last few times the filling in the sandwich has been decreasing and decreasing, and then with my most recent having a crust as half of the sandwich bread with almost no roast beef it’s getting harder to justify going back. It’s a shame as I would always like to have a fresh sandwich as an option for lunch Also, again, I feel like a tool for reviewing honestly - but I go to a different bakery for my sourdough bread before I come to them for a sandwich or cookies. The outside is frequently burned/dry to the point my teeth hate it

Their more approachable loaves are great but i would recommend trying a specialty. Definitely don't sleep on their sandwiches featuring these breads either.

D	David Butterfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent!! This is my favourite bakery in Saskatoon. The sourdough is one of my go-tos. The cowboy cookies are also a tasty vegan treat. Get there early for the best selection as it all goes very quickly as I assume it may be a favourite bakery for a lot of people.

P	Peggy Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees were super friendly, I asked if they did clotted cream and one of them started discussing with me how they used to offer condiments with scones but it wasn’t popular. Unfortunately this means they do not offer clotted cream. The Pain au Chocolat was scrumptious. Can’t wait to go back and actually dine in for breakfast. Edit: I went back for dine in. And oh. My. Gosh. So good! I don’t think that the breakfast sandwich would have been really good if I took it to go. But it was fantastic as a dine in. I also took some dill pickle sourdough home. This is a must if you haven’t had it!
