★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. even had our vehicle labeled as the wrong vehicle, couldn't " find" it in their yard. we were severely injured due to an accident not of our fault. Imagine if it WAS your fault how the would treat you? Call anyone else but these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck was left with the window open for the duration of its stay. Water damage to the control panel for the windows and mold on the carpet. I was told that it was not their problem. The people answering the phones are super rude and tell customers they don't have time for them. Quite confrontational and do not take care of your vehicle when towing. I also had the side mirror broken on my vehicle. The owner, Dale, said that it was not his problem and refused to adress the issue. I do not recommend this place at all. The yard is not completely fenced either as it is located in a trailer park. Pay the extra mileage and use someone different not their sister company in Vernon either.
