Due to COVID (and me being from Alberta) I was un-able to pick them up for a few months. When I did come to collect them, I arrived at the agreed upon time and location and Troy wasn't there. He didn't answer his phone, or text messages. I left empty handed. When I finally got ahold of him, I expressed the impact of his breaking his agreement had on me. He apologized, admitted to the misunderstanding, and agreed to leave the parts outside for me to collect the next day. The next morning I double checked before leaving to drive down from Salmon Arm (again) and he had a change of opinion. He said ".. the people that come and buy parts understand that [my] work comes first and not get all put out when I'm busy.." He refunded my money. I would not recommend doing business with him as he did not honour his word on two occasions. I wasted a lot of time and money to go away with nothing.

Troy arrived ASAP.. and was professional, and competent, got the job done. The second job we had more time and Troy confirmed the time, was on time and again got the job done. K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a VERY upsetting experience with Eagle Rock Plumbing and Heating. Our project was a complex renovation, and required plumbing removal and re-installation. There was inadequate communication with the homeowners. The work felt rushed and lacked understanding of the scope of the job; they seemed to want to get in and out fast. The plumber sent by Eagle Rock cut through exterior wall studs and ran pipes through floor joists. When we asked the company to stop work on the project and expressed our growing concerns, they denied that their cutting through structural supports was of importance. We suggested that it would not pass inspection - and they replied that they, "did not think we would be getting an inspector". They were not able to provide adequate billing information, which we requested when the labour hours were marked well beyond what had been performed. We contacted the owner of the company, but he was unwilling to admit any fault and refused to adjust the billing (we forwarded before and after photos that clearly showed the damage to the home). We had to hire another company to assess, tear out, and correct ALL the plumbing, and our framer had to reframe all damage to the structure of the home. We are so disappointed in this local company.

We set an appointment for him to fix my water shut off valves in a few weeks. I'm very grateful that he was able to come and save me on such short notice!
