★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place to stay , the new owners are friendly and hard working, cabins are updated and in good shape priced right. located close to the lake and miles and miles of great riding trails . the only thing that this place needs is more space to hang and dry wet/ muddy clothing in the cabin . will definitely be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great out of the way spot at the end of the road. We camped in tents and were pleasantly surprised by the quiet, even though we weren't tented far from the road, much nicer than almost any car camping experience that we've had. Fairly spacious campsites with good tent spots. We had a torrential rain and our tent was nice and dry because the site is properly sloped and drained.
The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our group rented a couple of boats for a day to explore Nipekamew Lake and try some fishing. Rental rates seemed very reasonable and included a tank of gas. The lake is scenic and we enjoyed the area, but we should have been fishing at something other than the heat of a hot day. A boat that stayed out in the evening after we came in had some very nice pike and walleye to show for it. We also spent an afternoon on the beach swimming and paddling. The beach is very nice with nice clean sand.
The restaurant is good and we had a great brunch on a rainy Sunday before heading home. We had a couple of desserts during our stay and the homemade pies were fantastic. The new owners are working toward making lots of improvements including replacing outhouses and much more. I highly recommend checking it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kris and Sue were wonderful to meet and talk to. No questions went unanswered. The rental boats were great and reasonably priced. We didn't have any issues with anything there and will definitely be looking to book with Eagle Bay Resort again. Thanks for wonderful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is ~3.5 hr drive from Saskatoon. It is a beautiful and well managed property in an idyllic location right on the lake. Our cabin was sparkling clean and very cozy. The fishing was great. We will be back for more adventures for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNBELIEVABLE! This place is the perfect getaway for anything and anyone. Quiet, calm, and secluded for relaxing but also tons of activities to do at the resort and surrounding area; fishing, hiking, exploring and sightseeing. Extremely clean and dog friendly. Also google maps is incorrect! it took us about 3.5 hours to get there from Saskatoon. Kris and Sue are two of the nicest people we've ever met and we are hoping to go back and experience the lodge in the winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just returned from spending a week at Eagle Bay resort. The hosts Kris and Sue are some of the nicest people you can ever meet. They are excellent hosts and the entire resort show pride of ownership. Kris went out of his way to repair a light on our boat which was much appreciated. The 3 bedroom cabin we were in was spotless and very comfortable, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the boat launch and docks worked well for my 18 foot boat. The fishing was slow but the scenery and wildlife made up for the lack of fish. We are planning a trip back on late May/early June.
