★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor follow up and timing (my driver will be there in 30 mins and shows up 1.5 hours later) and unreliable/untrustworthy communication (we can't use a pallet jack on a grooved floor, we need to use our friend to crossdock it at an extra expense, then show up with the same grooved floor and a pallet jack) Would not do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this as a complaint to your driver /company .My college was on highway 3 heading back from Lethbridge and was road bullied by your transport driver . this is completely unacceptable not to mention terrifying for them as well as I'm sure other drivers obeying the highway laws . she took photos of the driver in bow island at a stop ( he hide as to not show his face ) in my opinion admission of guilt ) beware of driver 2021 please report to RCMP if you come in contact with this utterly careless driver with no regard to fellow drivers.
