★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible carrier. Completely unresponsive, unprofessional and manipulative.
Provided no communication regarding a priority load, kept the load hostage and were operating completely rogue with the freight on board and would not work with the customer to cross transfer the load to a different carrier.
This company has a very hard time with communication skills and the language barrier was so bad that the load delivered to site and the driver could not have it offloaded due to not understanding where he was or where the load was supposed to be.
ALOT of options out there. I warn you to not use these guys!!!
