★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just as fast as they hire people they also get rid of them that fast. They have a lot of unqualified people who are working there with no professional degrees or formal education. Their director of supply chain is and idiot. He is clueless and his background is in political science which has nothing to do with supply chain. I dont understand why and how he is working there. They even have someone who is illiterate working as a site supervisor somewhere in BC!! thats unbelievable!
They provide no training whatsoever and management is clueless unsupportive. The staff are mostly rude and there are 2 bullies in the calgary office kevin charmaine..even the receptionist lady has a big mouth and tells everyone off and very unprofessional and uses profanities. So anyone taking up a job at this office beware of these people.
They also pay very low for such a rich and large company. I would never work for them again and im glad im not there anymore.
