Brenda was very empathetic but also super clear about next steps. Since that time, I have encouraged a few of my close friends to also connect with Brenda and the team. Brenda provided my friends with a free consult, offering clarity, direction and understanding during their messy, unclear times. It may very well have been the best advice I could have given!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the market for a over priced lawyer who gives poor advice which will cost you for years then you've come to the right place. Despite commanding $450 per hour she was out maneuvered by a $225 per hour lawyer who literally graduated a year ago. Outplayed on everything and every time. Everything she said would happen did not. Everything she recommended I do was a failure and cost me time, money and heartache. A failure to the tune of $8000 to her and countless thousands to the other party. In hindsight and in my opinion her interpretation of the law is out of date and she was jaded by her own narrow-minded opinions. Nothing proactive just 100% reactive. Every interaction I had with her made me feel as if I was a bother and in the wrong. In spite of investing $8000 and countless hours of stress and lost sleep I had to terminate our agreement and seek alternate legal representation. A complete a headache and disaster. A new lawyer and $7000 in legal fees later the situation was completely resolved to my satisfaction. Don't be swayed like I was by a high hourly rate and modern office. The skill set does not justify the cost. Nugatory is the best descriptor. I paid dearly and "lost" 2 years of my life which I will never get back. Don't make the same mistake.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have seen/talked to a number of lawyers and so many of them talk in circles and it takes them a while to get to the point. Not Brenda, she gets straight to the point. So grateful!!
Her experience and knowledge has been a huge help to me.
I would strongly recommended her without any hesitation!
