I made an appointment and still waited an inordinately long time and to make matters worse the lady who pricked me with the needle made it feel like I was being stabbed(although I don't know what an actual stabbing feels like, one can only imagine).

The people that came in later for a “walk in” got to go ahead of me. The staff at front desk were rude to the people coming in. Very snarky comments. I asked them why people that came in after me we’re going ahead of me and they said that they were busy and to sit down when clearly they were just very unorganized. Wouldn’t recommend this unprofessional Dynalife...
M	Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for some blood test, waited there for half an hour, and eventually, they did not do all the tests that the doctor requested. When I checked with them the day after, they simply said " go and get a new request form from your doctor". Just do not waste your time there and go to another lab.

She doesn’t even look when asking for the requisition form just so unpleasant and highly unprofessional. Lastly, the white woman who did my blood work was so aggressive! It literally felt like she stabbed me so hard!

I will definitely go back. The only drawback is their hours; they close at 4pm, no weekends. Northgate is open until 7pm and open weekends as well.

Today, I found myself at the Hys center location and I was pleasantly surprised. While I waited, I witnessed the woman working at the front desk interacting with multiple patients and she was beyond professional, helpful, and all around lovely. She was particularly great in explaining the importance of proper preparation for the blood work to a patient who clearly had difficulty understanding/speaking English. This clinic has renewed my faith in Dynalife, thanks to her! Kudos for a job well done! (November 1 at 2:30pm)

C	C T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location about 3 times during my pregnancy. I wear a face shield and have a doctors note for my lawful medical exemption. I was segregated in a room by myself to keep me away from the other masked patients. I was treated like an absolute alien. Every worker I talked to was condescending when they’d ask “so you can’t wear a mask?” And every time I say, “no, I can wear this”. The sign on the door clearly states “face COVERINGS required”. I had about 3 workers tell me that masks are still required even after showing them my doctors note. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And quite frankly I am done being treated like less than a human being because I physically cannot wear a mask. My doctor wouldn’t have written the note for me had he thought I could wear one. Not to mention, on this particular visit, yesterday, I went in for my random glucose test where I refused to drink the orange glucola drink that has ingredients that are literally in transmission fluid. I told them I’d gladly take the blood and urine test which is what my midwife and I agreed on to begin with. The workers did not like this answer and continuously tried to pressure me into the other tests. I have done thorough research on glucola and I should not have to explain myself multiple times that I do not want to do it. All in all, I’ve had multiple horrible experiences here and I would not recommend it to anyone.
