★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came here for bloodwork for my wife’s pregnancy which she is 26 weeks along and we were greeted by Tammy who was beyond rude to the both of us scolding and giving us attitude due to the fact we did not read the board of covid 19 questions at the beginning of hall 40 feet away, and instead of asking my pregnant wife the questions she made us walk back to read the board then wait in line again before servicing us. I am beyond disgusted by Tammy’s attitude and the way she treated us, shame on you Tammy for conducting yourself in this manner and treating a pregnant lady in this fashion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At my appointment today I had to give 9 viles of blood. I have never given that much blood before and was very nervous. Joking, I asked Sabrina to sing me Soft Kitty.. and she did!! Lol I think it really did help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience on site with staff in person. However, trying to call and getting through to someone over the phone could take a month or so. Difficult when it should be thriving during COVID times. If you need results through their website don’t bother with signing up on the membership. If it’s past two weeks doesn’t count and a waste of money. Lifelabs has a much better online system to look and review results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a daughter who suffers mental health issues, can you tell that from looking at her? Absolutely not.
People working in Healthcare should Absolutely be the first ones to understand that you would think right?? So as my daughters is having a panic attack in the bathroom and I'm in there to assist her, we need help turning on the main water to wash our hands and a practitioner comes over and stank eyes us both with the comment "little crowded in here dont you think??"
Listen Donna you had NO idea what it took to get her there this morning and shame on you for embarrassing her. Learn to keep your comments to yourself!

I was extremely pleased with Tammy as she made me feel comfortable and gave me a wonderful needle with no pain involved. We are lucky to have such wonderful people working in our town. Thanks Tammy for being so caring and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled to go there in December but had forgotten. So I went with my medical form in February and they took me in easily and effortlessly. They are a very professionally run service that I depend upon and because I'm on foot wherever I go. This place is easy for me to get to and I really enjoyed that feature. I hope that they never move locations.
