Best lab! I love that I can book an appointment and be in and out. Today John got my blood so painlessly I didn't even feel the needle going in. Amazing.

This is one of the nicer labs I’ve been to. Lots of room in the waiting area with enough seating. I had a pretty good experience during my visit... at first not so much because I got bumped from my spot because they forgot to take my payment(tests from naturopath)... so I had to wait longer than I should have. It wasn’t terrible waiting extra but taking my payment could have been done on time to keep my spot in line. I really liked the person who took my blood sample she was very friendly and professional. I barely felt her switch the tubes which I greatly appreciated! I’d definitely use this lab as my preferred location from now on.

The staff were as pleasant as they could be under the circumstances. When I checked in on line I was informed it was a 58 minute wait and to attend 10 minutes early. Then I was to inform the staff I booked on line. Perfect. NOT. Upon arrival I was instructed to wait in the outside line, then I was asked to take a seat until I would be called. The board stated I had another 55 minutes wait ahead of me! The staff explained they have only 3 staff and therefore we wait. Very poor design.

I was having an appointment on Saturday (27 th November)for blood test near about 5 pm.The employee that took my blood was so unprofessional ,the area from which the blood was drawn pained a lot and is still paining ,moreover my arm turned blue.In addition the employee’s behaviour wasn’t good.

I feel compelled to write a review. The employees are sauntering around in a snail-paced manner, keeping clients waiting. I was there yesterday around 12:30 pm. Numerous employees appeared to be at lunch at the same time, while there were people waiting. It took 45 minutes to take blood samples from 7 clients. That is the longest any time I have had blood taken. Staggered lunches should be the norm given the circumstances of people waiting outside. Also, the chairs in the waiting room are not being sanitized between clients. I do not know to what extent they are being sanitized in the cubicles.

Careless personnel and unprofessional supervisor to run the place. They missed to process 9 tests out of 13 TWICE and I called 10 times to find out whats going on and simply supervisor said we are not perfect. Very unprofessional!

The technicians are always friendly and professional. Wait times can be long, highly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time

I was treated very courteously and the staff were cordial, efficient and entirely professional, not just with myself but with all other clients with whom I observed them dealing in their very, very busy office. I was very impressed and congratulate them and their director for assembling such a high quality team!
