I went there at 4:45 and they didnโ€™t accept me as they mentioned theyโ€™re gonna close in 15 min. I have a job too! and sometimes itโ€™s not easy to leave work early. Rejecting people specially at places like labs are not appropriate. Lets not forget that people are not there to have fun , they come to the lab because they might be ill and itโ€™s inhuman to refuse to take them.

This is the worst lab in Winnipeg. Reject you one hour before the closing time. The should make it clear that no tests after 5pm. Super long waiting time and always crowded.

Who likes getting blood work? The staff make it ok. This location has polite staff, the waiting lobby and booths are clean and efficient.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews were all about. Like what do you want from these people? You go in, talk to the desk, sit down, and get your blood taken and leave. In and out in 30 min

It would be nice if the booking app worked. I have been turned down a couple of times from walk-in appointment because the staff didn't have the time to take any more walk-ins. The staff is friendly but it's the app and non working of the online system.

The receptionist very unfriendly. Apparently she forgot that we - paying customers - are the ones who pay her a hot meal and her rent. I wonder how you can let such an unfriendly person work with customers? Several times she misspelled our names and that even though she had our driver's licenses in hand, her responses were just insulting and even more rude. We had an appointment and still had to wait extremely long. Why do I make a booking then ? The one star gets the young lady Camila who took my blood because she did a great job.

I had a great experience that day. I don't know the name of the person who was attending me, but he was very kind. And helped me to remember the name of the New Order's song name we were listening at the sound system.

The receptionist (the one with dark brown hair highlighted) is absolutely the worst, very rude. I donโ€™t know if she only knows to communicate with one word each time, but her comments were all one worded like, โ€œhealth cardโ€, โ€œ45 minutes waitโ€, no please or any polite way of speaking. Her accent was fairly strong so I couldnโ€™t understand what she was saying so I ask her to say it again and she answered as if Iโ€™m annoying or bothering her. I donโ€™t know what her deal is but, from some of the reviews here, I can tell it is not just today that she is rude to customers. Very unpleasant experience, well done to ruin my day with absolutely terrible customer service.
