He crew is always very polite and courteous to my clients and always leave the job site tidy.

I called and spoke to a gentleman about arranging a roof inspection. He said it was no problem, gave me a price and instructed me to email him with the details of everything, which I proceeded to do right after our phone call. However, after a couple days with no response about a day/time to book the inspection, I decided to call again and left a message trying to check in about the inspection. No response yet again. I called a third time but didn't leave a message as I did the day before. No response. I understand that people are busy and unexpected things may happen, however after 7 days of trying to have someone get back to me about the inspection we talked about, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I received.
