v	vanessa grainger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most bizarre customer service, from the sales person, to invoicing, to the owner, we had difficulties all the way through. They treated us as though they didn't want the business, even though we had committed to $4000 in product, for one order. Unfortunately for us, we couldn't back out, because we had to fulfill our responsibilities to our customer. I've worked with 100's of companies, globally, in my 13+ years in business, and this by far has me baffled as to how a company can run this way from the top down. Such an off-putting experience, so not worth it.
L	Lara Clarkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible costumer service. They do not stand by their products. The products are very expensive and they die. No compensation or exchange offered. Other nursery’s stand by their products offering a up to a years warranty. This nursery clearly knows they have very poor quality as they are not willing to provide any refunds or replacements for their customers. We are fortunate to have many nurseries in this area, keep looking, do not use this nursery. Very unprofessional and disingenuous.

They sold an Autumn Blaze young tree that was infected with mites that appear as red dots in the Spring/Summer and turn to big black dots in the Fall when the tree supposed to be in its pretty colours. Their whole lot is infected with these red mites. When I asked to speak to them , the person on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone.

They even went as far as to check each strap I had tightened to ensure the product would not be damaged during transport on a flat deck trailer. Quality trees too!
