★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large condos. Balconies also very large by today's standards. Great security, on site superintendent and Property Management. Extra large laundry room, functional exercise room and party room.. New renovations in August 2020 include painting of all hallways/doors and frames, updated lighting , new carpeting and modernized elevator vestibules. Three elevators that are really quick. Ample parking for guests. Quiet/trouble free building. This is an older building which means it was built to different standards which result in the condos being very quiet.
