★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Dunn Rite plumbing to replace my old worn leaky exterior tap and install another hot water one as well. What a nightmare! The contractor used a sledge hammer and piece of pipe to remove the old copper line? in the process destroyed 4 electrical wires, dislodged a huge 10" round piece of ext. stucco, just held by stucco wire and walked off the job, because the other contractor had the Hilti and he had no tools to do the job properly? contacted the owner let him know as to why he walked off the job, and to find no power in 3/4 of my basement -- none to my 2 freezers? Anyway, ran 50 ft of power cord and contacted my electrician and had it fixed next morning. Different contractor showed up and fixed it. I had to clean up the mess of concrete all over the laundry room, fix the damaged stucco siding, seal the plumbing, spray foam the concrete and insulate the joist cavity. and put back the vinyl siding! No apology from the owner! On top of it all he decided to charge me an extra $250 ? because he said "I failed to tell him there was concrete behind the wall ?? Do you quote your jobs over the phone, because your to lazy to come out and do a proper quote and then blame the customer for your laziness and lack of experience? Very inexperienced and rude! Stay away from this contractor.
