I have no problem if you would like to talk about how your staff have been unprofessional and show you videos of unhappy people yelling in your establishment (the cops were called that day). But I can tell from your response that you don't really want to fix the problem, you just want to mask it. Have a wonderful day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero reviews if I could. I tried to obtain my dental records from this clinic for over 3 weeks. I had to get the RCDSO involved to receive it. Apparently they have to ask the dentist permission to release my records, but in actuality its the patient(me) that gives consent. Anyways, all in all I would definitely not recommend, especially because of their lack of professionalism and rudeness. I was told Id be contacted by a manager and never was. Oh and I got a crown that failed and some other complications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dentist ever. Owner never deals with clients need base, doesn't resolve problem. I complained for long wait and over price, unnecessary filling. They blocked me and asked me to find another dentist. Like what is this.

Worst service ever, overpriced, filthy clinic, these people will say anything to get your money. They told me that I had 4 cavities and that i will need fillings for it, but when i went to a different Dental clinic they told me that I have no cavities at all. I did a cleaning here and they didn't clean my teeth properly. There is a disgusting mildew smell because of they overly pile the garbage bin in the operating room. I called the the Health inspector on them. These people are Con artist. I hope this place gets shut down. My recommendation is that you go to Dental clinic that your friend/family member refer you to because this Clinic is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

The cleaning I received was amazing Never have ever been that best served I recommend this dental office. Wish give 6 ? ? ? ? ? ?
