A	Alexander Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as good as it used to be just few months ago! Since they changed management the service isn't as good as expected. Now, several machines are out of order and the change machine never works or it's full (3 times out of 5), the owner never answers the phone when you call to ask for help with the change, which is a big problem! The former owners were often around to help with whatever you needed.

They are not responsible. They don’t believe you and will tell you they have to check the camaras to see if is true. Most of all the dryer machines are not working. The four minutes that you put for the 25 cents don’t even get to full 4 minutes. The owners before used to be more caring and more responsible . This one just want your money ...

n	nolan bolak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machines are over priced and the more expensive ones seem to be programmed to take $2.50 then refuse any other change forcing you to use another machine. The machines that eat money reset to $0.00 after a minimal period of time, ready to steal someone else's money. There are very few dryers that resemble functioning. The few that actually do get somewhat hot take 1.5-2 hrs to dry clothes which at $0.25/5mins = $5-6. The first time this happened to me I was told the machine was being fixed and I would not get a refund from the three machines that ate my money since I had no proof (apparently their security cameras are just for show), The third time I recorded it and was still told their was no way to know that it was my money being put into a machine on a video I recorded. I have reported them to the better business bureau and suggest anyone else that have been scammed by them to do the same.
A	Adan Aviles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is overrun by local drug addicts that use it as an air B and B, the machines are constantly broken and both machines and driers ruin clothes. The owner not only does not care she actually put a drier that just stained clothes back in service, I’d rather wash my laundry in the lake than visit this dump again.
