Dr. David Hou was very attentive and detailed and took the time to explain the issues to my mom and went through her options with us. He allowed her to ask any questions and he answered them thoroughly. He immediately sent out referrals for us to other specialists and even personally wrote detailed emails about the treatment that she needs. We highly recommend Dr. David Hou. The new office renovation and expansion looks bright and welcoming.

I only had one hour for my first appointment there and they were not flustered or panicked and managed to get all my X-rays, pictures and teeth cleaned within the hour. Impressed! Dr Hou is also very thorough in explaining everything in the process.
c	capitan sucio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express how happy I am with Dr. Hou. and Dunbar Family Dental. My family has been coming here pretty much since they opened. He is great with children (my original primary concern) and also with adults. My girls love going to the dentist! (?‍♂️) Anytime they have a wiggly tooth, and it’s not coming out as fast as they want - or a cold spot - or they bite their lip! They want to go to the dentist. I have never felt “upsold” - or with any lingering questions requiring follow-up - or left unsatisfied. I don’t write many reviews at all (My passive fault.) However, after having just had a “dental emergency, ” I feel like I owe this team. My accident pretty much left me without my favourite teeth; namely my two upper incisors! Diastema included. (My choice!) Anyway, Dr. Hou got me in ASAP and lucky enough I don’t need crowns or implants. I somehow came out unscathed from nerve and root damage (observed so far) in the X-rays/Examinations. Nobody would know any better unless I told them! I guess until this post… :) (Meh I’m not THAT vain. Don’t care that much - Just happy) Dunbar Dental deserves this praise and review. Dr Hou did an amazing job communicating with my daughter, she felt so comfortable and cared for. Our family has been coming here for 3 years, and I have to say from the cleanings to the dental procedures, we have experienced the best service and care.

Before I even came in, the reception team responded to my emails so quickly and gave me several opportunities to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, as I had told them I was hoping to be seen ASAP. On the day of my appointment, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist (Danielle) was very kind and professional. She asked for feedback throughout my cleaning to see if there was anything she could do to make me more comfortable. Dr. Hou was also super friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are really clean and just generally a really nice environment. I highly recommend this dental office and will certainly be making it my regular choice.
