★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray was supposed to fix the cables on our tent trailer. When we got it back we raised the camper roof a few feet to check that it went up as that was the original issue. Then later that day we lifted it again only about a foot and we noticed one of the cables was coming unravelled. Ray said he couldn't help us because he was out of town and it wasn't his fault because he didn't change that cable. There's no way that a cable magically breaks over 60% of its strands in 2 lifts so it was definitely worn out and should have been changed with the initial repair. We paid Ray over $700 for a unusable camper and he refused to reimburse any of the $300 we paid to someone else for an emergency service the night before our big camping trip. I do not recommend.
