Staff were super helpful, open to making different options available, being careful to match the room to the furniture for colours and styles, and stayed open late to give me time to try different furniture styles. Even after staying late they wrote down all the info from my first visit and when I came in a few days later to look again were able to let me know of new sales on some of the items I’d looked at without even needing to grab my file. I worked primarily with Tyson but all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would shop again ;)

But I had been in the store previously to look at products and the sales associate was great at explaining the different types of materials and options. This was the reason I decided to order from Dufrense and not another furniture store.

I would have loved to seen a color swatch of the sectional we were looking at but they didn't have, however they did have a fabric sample of the material for us to feel. No pressure to buy and allowed us the time to browse and enjoy they store. I would shop again at Dufresne in Swan River.

Walked in in a Saturday and the store manager was happy to chat with me and find out exactly what my needs were and then found it on the website for me even though it wasn’t on the floor. They offered reasonable delivery even though we live in the rurals. When I called back to finalize the order the store staff was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very flexible with my order and payment. In times where customer service seems to have disappeared they were amazing to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
