★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for hiking and biking. In my opinion it's best for biking. Not a quiet getaway since it's right next to the highway so pick another trail if that's what you're after. Definitely check for ticks if you go into the grass at any point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take your dog off leash. The limestone trail is well packed and easy to walk, jog, push your baby stroller or ride your bicycle. The area is relatively straight as it follows along the floodway so bear in mind on windy days it can be chilly in one direction. There is no street lighting so it can be dark at night. Also there is no garbage cans along the path, so whatever coffee cups you have has to be disposed of at the only garbage bin in the parking lot at Gunn Road (place where I enter the trail) I have come across people on quads or side by sides driving on the trail.
