★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife bought classes for 'mom and me' but wasn't able to finish using them. She asked to transfer the classes over to do something different but was told she couldn't. Apparently there's also a time limit (3 months) on the sessions you purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big facility, might be good for a workout. I called beforehand and got no reply to my email or phone messages. When I dropped by wasn't sure who the staff were and none even said hi until the session started so I went somewhere else. There's plenty of choices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for the mommy and me classes. Great work out, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never rushes us out with the little ones. Daniel is great as a class leader and is always so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The physiotherapists who work here are so wonderful! Les 2 parlent très bien français! They are very accommodating, they have a good variety of accessible days and times. Also a very nice facility and good amount of available parking. Overall very happy!
