★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are excellent and fast and polite. I wash & sort my recycling into recycling bins or bags in my garage on a weekly basis, so I'm not sorting at the depot. I put the recycling in my car and plan a few other jobs, so if go and the line-up is too long, I go do other things and try back later. If I am really in a rush, I just leave it there as a donation. Thank you bottle depot people. I have recycled at many other places & Drumheller is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like it is ridiculous that I get there before open, only 4 people ahead of me, and I still get to wait 2 hours. At this rate it would have been faster to go all the way to Calgary. They have a sign that says “PLEASE sort bottles and cans, your assistance will ensure faster service.” At this rate I honestly believe that the only thing that is going to do that is new workers. I’ve worked at a bottle depot and I would have been fired for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 2 hours waiting in line and when its my turn they said they will be closed soon and can't help me... I understand they might not be paid for overtime but atleast notify people as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re really slow. If you have to go here make sure you have freed up your schedule for the next 2-3 hours and get there 2-3 hours before closing or you won’t get your bottles recycled.
