★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given less than 1 star. I unlocked a bike that was broken, locked it back in a couple of minutes and still cannot end the trip. App is buggy, do not give them your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bikes and the app itself are unbelievably in bad conditions! I aimed to used these bikes 3 times, the first time there was a problem with the app that it was not able to unlock the bike and I had to try 4 different bikes to be able to ride. The second time the app assumed that the bike was unlocked and started the trip but the lock was not opened, I could not even end the trip because the application thought it was unlocked. The third time I was able to unlock the bike but the wheel was broken or something that I could not even ride it, so I immediately ended the trip and of course I was charged for the whole hour! And there is no number to reach them to report anything. I had to reply to the email that I sent the previous time and wait a couple of days until they respond back.
