The staff and owners of Driftwood have a great selection of tasty beers and appreciatively serve it up with and industry leading (to my limited knowledge) Asian cuisine. I am sold. Not only do they provide great beers, their main menu selections include a choice of delicious dumpling drops and boa buns (along with three other cuisine options). I highly recommend the walk, it is well worth your time and energy.

H	Helen Edley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s Opening Day so we had to stop in after work to check it out. We’d heard that Dumpling Drop food was excellent so we went hungry! There’s ~60 seats inside and we had to put our name on the list to wait for a table. Being the only bar in Esquimalt they may regret not making a second story! The patio isn’t opened yet but looks like it will be lovely once it’s ready. We got seats at the bar and were served by Brayden (sp?) who was a wonderful friendly helpful bartender who knew the menu intimacy already. We learned from a server Amy that the gorgeous artwork was created by mural artists who’ll also be keeping the art on the back outside wall along the E&N Trail on brand. The food and bevies were excellent - we had flights plus there’s cider, Unsworth wine and spinnakers non alcoholic options. Definitely go and enjoy! Menus are in my images.

I like that the beer flight was almost the same price as a flight so you could have a good selection without paying extra. The atmosphere and decor is on point. Also the food offerings were delicious, we had the Brussel spouts and rice with sauce, which sounds boring but definitely were not. But the best part was definitely the staff, thanks for a good time!

My bf loves Fat Tug, so we had to come here to experience it right from the tap! I had the gose, which was yummy. I love salty kinds of beer! The service staff was lovely and welcoming, we will definitely be back to try the food next time with beer!

The atmosphere is amazing and one of the best in Victoria. The staff were very friendly and the beer selection was top notch. If you enjoy a true brewery with a 2022 feel, this is a good place to check out.
P	Paul Onderwater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had passed by the tasting room several times, and decided we wanted to try out the beer and food here. We were very glad we did! They checked our vaccine passports and let us sit where we wanted. The seating has room for quite a few guests, and has longer tables if you bring a group. Amber was very helpful in explaining what was on offer, and there is a good menu of drinks (beer, cocktails and mocktails) and food to see what you would like. We ordered 2 different flights and they came quickly. Amber explained the order, and there is a print out of what you have to keep track of your loves and likes. We ordered the pork belly dumplings and the crispy chicken bao buns. Portions aren't huge, but if you are here to eat, you can order a few of each and some sides to go with the drinks. Everything was excellent! Would highly recommend Driftwood Brewery for locals and visitors alike. There is a retail area for taking home your favorites and merchandise if you want some souvenirs. There are rotating items on tap to keep things fresh and to ensure you have reason to come back. A very positive experience all round!
