★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked about replacing the armpads on a Knoll office chair they had sold me. They wanted over 300 dollars!!! They said you needed to replace the whole arm...I was able to remove the armpads and have an upholsterer reupholster for 50 dollars, and then reinstall myself, These guys are are liars and crooks.
