Pre-sales consultation was stellar, helped me pick the right equipment, delivery was perfect and also fixed the "questionable" trailer plug wiring a previous "company" had done on my truck. Our DuraTrail trailer has been rock solid and post sales, one year later if you have a question no problem they will take the time to talk to you and guide you in the right direction.
