★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas fort comme service...et crayons très bien aiguiser pour faire la facture....fait venir technicien pour faire crinquer le ressort il arrive il n'a pas l'outil...il passe 1.5heure..men charge 3h00 et du transport 135$ pour 60km alors qu'il était à côté...mais en plus la porte ne fonctionne toujours pas et n'offrait de revenir avec le bon outil et un le transport et le temps en plus ...donc j'aipayé 364$$ un porte qui ne fonctionne toujours pas...et voulait revenir ....bravo....a ce prix je pense qu'on va se trouver ou fabriquerl'outil...
Not strong as a service ... and pencils very well sharpen to make the invoice .... brings in a technician to make the spring crunch he arrives he does not have the tool ... he spends 1.5 hours ... charge 3 hours and transportation 135 $ for 60km while it was next ... but in addition the door still does not work and offered to come back with the right tool and transportation and time in addition ... so i paid 364 $$ a door that still does not work ... and wanted to return .... well done .... at this price I think we will find ourselves or make the tool ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service après vente n’est vraiment pas bon. On laisse des messages au bureau et au propriétaire directement et personne ne retourne nos appels. Par contre, un gros Merci à RÉMI LATERREUR pour son excellent service professionnel. Il a pris par lui-même notre dossier en charge et résolu notre problème.
The after sales service is really not good. We leave messages at the office and with the owner directly and no one returns our calls. However, a big thank you to RÉMI LATERREUR for his excellent professional service. He took charge of our case on his own and solved our problem.

Achat de 2 porte panoramique ils ont eu besoin de revenir 3 fois pour avoir une installation adéquate
Les portes ne sont pas étanche après chaque pluie il coule de partout après plusieurs appel un technicien c est présenter et à effectuer un vidéo depuis aucune nouvelle j ai rejoint le président de la compagnie
Suite à sa visite il me confirme que le fabriquant vas passé dans 2 ou 3 semaine 3 mois us tard aucune nouvelles
Je regrette d avoir payer le tout avant l installation
Je ne recommande à personne de faire affaire avec drakard

Purchase of 2 panoramic doors they needed to come back 3 times to have a proper installation
The doors are not waterproof after each rain it leaks everywhere after several calls a technician has presented and made a video since no news I joined the president of the company
Following his visit he confirms to me that the manufacturer will pass in 2 or 3 weeks 3 months later no news
I regret having paid for everything before the installation
I do not recommend anyone to do business with drakard

Jean-Marc from the service department was very courteous and got me a quick appointment. Jacques showed up at my house the next morning and it only took a few seconds for me to realize that he had very good garage door repair expertise. He solved the problem in 2 steps, 3 movements.
