★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai contacté au début la compagnie pour remplacer en urgence le robinet d’eau de l’évier de ma cuisine. Plus de 400$ pour un travail inadéquat. J’ai tenté de rejoindre l’entreprise à deux reprises pour les aviser du problème d’installation...... aucun retour d’appel!
J’ai fini par faire la réparation moi-même plus tard.
Un travail malhonnête.... c’est pathétique et malheureux!
Je ne recommande aucunement cette entreprise.
 I contacted the company early on to urgently replace the water faucet in my kitchen sink. Over $ 400 for inadequate work. I tried to reach the company twice to advise them of the installation problem ...... no call back!
I ended up doing the repair myself later.
Dishonest work ... it's pathetic and unhappy!
I do not recommend this company in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons embauché cette compagnie pour gérer la gestion des eaux de 12 immeubles et pour corriger les pentes négatives en 2017. Ils n'ont jamais terminer le travail a ce jour. Appel multiples toujours une excuse pour ne pas compléter les travaux. Malgré les concessions fournis a l'entrepreneur rien a faire, les compromis ce n'est pas leur force. Rester loin de cet entrepreneur et éviter vous les maux de tête et surtout le travail mal exécuté par cet entrepreneur.
We hired this company to manage the water management of 12 buildings and to correct the negative slopes in 2017. They have never completed the work to date. Call multiples always an excuse not to complete the work. Despite the concessions provided to the entrepreneur nothing to do, compromises are not their strength. Stay away from this contractor and avoid the headaches and especially the poorly executed work by this contractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired this company to do weeping tile work and they were terrible. Disorganized and didn't finish the job. I had to chase them at least a dozen times to do work and they would rarely show up. In the end almost three months later the owner even threatened me when I asked him to finish the job. No pride in their work. See picture below with their company sign how they left my yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a cottage near Denholm and have used Drainspec services a few times this year. In February of this year ago a pipe from our well to our cottage was frozen. Phillipe came out and quickly had the blockage fixed. He then installed a "smart" heating cable that heats the intake pipe only as needed if an area should begin to freeze. He also replaced our storage tank that was quite old and had failed. This work was all done promptly, efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We had been planning to have a second bathroom in the basement and asked Phillipe for an estimate to install a system that included having to put in new drains and a pumping system under a concrete floor. The price was right and Phillipe and his colleague carried out some very heavy duty work in an efficient manner. They left the work site completely cleaned up and they were very polite, professional and respectful in all our interactions. Again price was very reasonable, especially considering the scope of the job. I highly recommend Drainspec!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company came to unclog the kitchen sink. Overly priced for half hour job + the service fees. I do not recommend this company. I will definitely not be reusing their services. They charged me $345 (double the price) than any other plumbing companies will charge you for unclogging the sink. Do your homework first before hiring them. They will squeeze as much as money they can out of your pocket. I checked with another company afterwards and they do come to Denholm and their fees are a lot lower. On top of that, these guys are charging you $75 service fees for after service hours. My appointment was on Thursday at 4:30 and they showed up late at 5:00.
