Les plombiers étaient souriants, polis, à l'écoute et patients pour repondre à nos questions.
Ils ont inspecté le drain français, ont bien expliqué et on procédé au nettoyage du drain. La preuve filmée est envoyée par courriel. Nous sommes très satisfaits de leur bon service rendu et nous les recommandons!

The plumbers were smiling, polite, attentive and patient in answering our questions.
They inspected the French drain, explained it well and we proceeded to clean the drain. The filmed evidence is sent by email. We are very satisfied with their good service and we recommend them!

Après une recherche sur google je suis tombé sur le site web de Piché Fortin Excavation Inc. J'ai décidé d'essayer cet entrepreneur pour les travaux et quel ne fût pas ma surprise. Tout y était, le professionnalisme qui commence par un accueil bienveillant et surtout une grande réactivité dans le suivi de mon dossier. Ils ont pris le temps pour faire le tour des travaux nécessaires avec moi et surtout de bien comprendre mes besoins avant de me fournir une soumission avec un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Les travaux ont été un succès total, dans les temps et dans le budget. Je recommande cette compagnie pour l'ensemble des travaux dans leur catalogue. C'est une compagnie fiable sur laquelle on peut compter. Je suis heureux d'avoir fait affaire avec Piché Fortin Excavation Inc.
I was in disarray at having to find a good contractor to replace a French drain for a building on the South Shore of Montreal in these times of labor shortage because my past experiences with contractors have not not always been successful. After a google search I came across the website of Piché Fortin Excavation Inc. I decided to try this contractor for the work and what was my surprise. Everything was there, the professionalism which begins with a warm welcome and above all a great reactivity in the follow-up of my file. They took the time to go around the necessary work with me and especially to understand my needs before providing me with a quote with an unbeatable quality / price ratio. The work was a complete success, on time and on budget. I recommend this company for all of the work in their catalog. It is a reliable company that you can count on. Les travaux étaient importants et se devaient d'être bien faits avec une entreprise compétente. Nous avons été bien servis, dans un délais raisonnable et à un prix abordable compte tenu de l'ampleur des travaux. Le personnel était qualifié et professionnel en plus d'être créatif dans la recherche de solutions et dans les réponses aux besoins exprimés. Je recommande cette compagnie pour des travaux bien faits à un prix raisonnable et avantageux par rapport à la qualité du service et des installations réalisées.
We did business with Drain Fortin for the replacement of a lead water inlet and the replacement of the main sewer under slab. The work was important and had to be done well with a competent company. We were well served, within a reasonable timeframe and at an affordable price given the scope of the work. The staff were qualified and professional in addition to being creative in finding solutions and responding to expressed needs. I recommend this company for work well done at a reasonable price and advantageous in relation to the quality of the service and the installations carried out.
