About Dr. Willson Chan - Chiropractor

The word "Delta" is a greek letter which is often used as a symbol of change. Without change, we cannot create something new. Change is the foundation on which we will build around your health here with Dr. Willson.

Our goal is to change your perception of what health care should entail. It should not be a one-way street where you are constantly taking/receiving. Your own input is just as important as the treatment and care you receive to achieve the optimal output, which is better health. By putting in the work, your body will give you what you need, which is the ability to adapt and function at a high level to do the things you love.

Dr. Willson believes in 3 core values that will help create sustainable, long last changing to your overall health and wellness.

Mindset

What you think you become.

The first place to begin is to change how we perceive our health. Let's start with a simple message to our selves. "I will heal, or I will get better." This powerful message will help jumpstart your healing journey.

Movement

Motion is lotion.

Movement helps lubricate our joints and soft tissue to keep them flexible and functioning smoothly.

Matters

What matters to you?

We all have things that we love to do, things that matter the most. Whether that's playing a sport or doing an activity you love, or spending quality time with your family and friends. We need to be the best versions of ourselves to carry out these tasks.

+++

Now, there are other essentials that we can address that will further solidify the change and progress we need towards better health.

Your Habits:

They say it takes a minimum of 2 months to build new habits/patterns. Staying committed to the course of healing and know that it takes time to see real significant changes. "Rome was not built in a day".

Your Posture:

Maintaining a healthy posture is crucial for a healthy spine. It is becoming increasingly common for people to develop "text neck", which is forward head posture as a result of looking down on their phones. As our head moves forward, the weight of our head increases exponentially, therefore placing even more stress on our spine and spinal cord. The same can be said when we are sitting and hunched over. As we continue with this repetitively day in, day out, this constant stress will eventually cause a slow decline in our overall health.

Your Diet:

What you put into your body plays a big role in how you recover from chronic issues. A "normal" North American diet consists of a very inflammatory diet. We see a lot of processed food, high sugar, high carb diet which is not conducive of healing.

Change does not happen in one day or after one visit. It requires consistency and dedication. Dr. Willson is here to provide that support and guidance to get you to where you want to be. We will create an individualized care plan that best suits your needs. Be the "change" that you have always wanted for yourself.

I’ve been having back pain for several years but I simply just ignored it because I was hesitant about seeing a chiropractor. However, I recently got to a point in my life where I wanted to take better care of my health, and someone recommended I see Dr. Willson Chan. I decided to show up to my appointment, and I’m really grateful that I did. He was incredibly friendly and made me comfortable during my visit. He was very thorough with his assessment, and he explained things in simple terms so I knew what he was actually talking about. Long story short, my back pain has reduced significantly and I can actually load my dishwasher without concerns now, haha! I already booked my next appointment and I am really optimistic about the treatment plan he’s created for me. I would honestly recommend Dr. Willson Chan if you need a chiropractor. So go fix yourself before you break yourself.

Only person I trust with my back. Researched him before I reached out, top of his graduating class, worked in different countries. Make sure you pick a chiro who knows what they’re doing. Thanks again

Very satisfied with the service received from Dr Wilson Chan. My severe migraine attacks of 3-5 even up to 6 sometimes had gone down significantly. As everyone’s case and body is different, for me it’s a milestone! And plus the receptionists are amazing, friendly and helpful. I have and I do recommend him to everyone.

I was having severe low back pain and I couldn’t even stand up straight I had never seen a chiropractor before and I was very scared to have somebody crack my back especially my neck! I felt safe with Dr Chan he was very careful about me not feeling any pain while he worked on my back and neck. After a few visits I felt like I never had never been hurt. I would highly recommend Dr Chan to anyone looking for a wonderful chiropractor!
